Refund and Cancellation Policy

We do our best to ensure customer satisfaction, if you have any issues please contact us.

It is our policy that all sales are final. Once an order has been placed you may contact us and request a cancellation. If the order has not yet been packed and/or shipped then we may elect to cancel the order and issue a refund, however this election is at our sole discretion. 

We cannot guarantee the long term survival of live plants as they are living things and require certain care and conditions to live. We guarantee that they will be in good condition when delivered however, once transferred into your care there are too many variables such as weather, handling, site selection, improper planting, etc. for us to be able to warranty them.   

Products arriving in poor condition must be reported to us within 48hrs of receipt and photos of the damage must be provided upon request to receive a refund or replacement. 

Damage to our products that occurs in transit is the sole responsibility and liability of the carrier.
